If you breed for spots, you know that a Top-Notch Appaloosa Male is not easy to come by. Siggy now has several crias on the ground and we absolutely love the quality! Not only is he producing a high percentage of appaloosas...but mostly females. We purchased Siggy as a cria and had high hopes for him. He has certainly delivered! He is a large male with good temperment, solid bone and gorgeous fleece that he is passing on to his progeny. This male has been an excellent addition to our appaloosa breeding program. His sire and dam are both multiple champions and have produced champions. It's not the first time this combination has been done, but it's the first time it's produced an Appaloosa. His full sister and full brother are both Multi-Champion Fawns. Our Siggy daughters did us proud at their first show. Arriba Veronika took 2nd Place in a very competitive light class and Arriba Elliana won Reserve Champion Multi (Appaloosa) behind Arriba Eliminator who won the Championship! Arriba Elliana has now moved to the US where she won Champion at the VAOBA Show! In 2026 more gorgeous appaloosa Siggy crias arrived. Watch for them in the showrings soon! "Siggy" is an Appaloosa with many brown/rose grey spots and a large black spot on his face.(Hence the Sigmund Freud reference) What do you think the 'ink blot' looks like?
